Community based Approach

Humanitarian Development Organization focuses on community-based approach in the planing,implementation and monitoring of all its programs.The rights-based approach includes keeping all the relevant stake holders informed and including them in all phases of the program.

Gender based Approach

Humanitarian Development Organization adopts gender-based approach to plan and implement its all programmes.Organization is at aim to minimize the gender disparities.

Result based Approach

Humanitarian Development Organization uses RBM,result-based management as a management and performance mechanism.We use it to ensure that our team recieves the help they need,when they need and in the form they need it.  

Implementation Capacities

Humanitarian Development Organization is headed by a committee (Board of Directors) comprised of developmental and educational specialists,who provide the policies and guide lines to develop programs.At management level organization is headed by an Executive Director and PMER (Planing,minitoring,evaluation and research) team.
